Role:

You will be responsible for driving our companyโ€™s client development and client relations. This includes refining our go-to-market strategy, leading client development and strategic partnership initiatives and leading client relationships. This includes regularly reviewing our client impact and working closely together with our tech and psychology team to shape and improve our client services. You will be part of the Executive Team and a co-founder who influences all aspects of Soulchatโ€™s growth journey.

Qualifications:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Experience in B2B client development and relationship management

๐Ÿ‘‰ Great interpersonal and listening skills, ability to build trust, excellent communication skills, an outgoing nature and joy in personal interactions

๐Ÿ‘‰ Rounded general management skills, incl. problem-solving, story lining, excel and powerpoint

๐Ÿ‘‰ย Passion for Soulchatโ€™s mission, with some experience in individual (coaching, leadership) and company culture transformation work

๐Ÿ‘‰ Entrepreneurial drive, resilience and flexibility for enjoying a start-up environment

๐Ÿ‘‰ Proficiency in English as well as German

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ability to co-work physically with the team in Berlin for at least a fews days each month

Nice to have's:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Prior working experience in HR departments

๐Ÿ‘‰ Prior working experience in consulting
