Role:

As Head of Product/Service Development you will be responsible for innovating and evolving our complete service and product offering. You will work closely with our counselling team, CTO and client relations functions to understand drivers of client engagement and impact, to develop creative ideas for improved client journeys, to design and run experiments around new offerings, to analyse market fit and adjust our offering accordingly. You will be part of the Executive Team and also influence all aspects of Soulchatโ€™s growth journey.

Qualifications:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Experience in client service industries with good ability to assess client journeys and passion for maximising client engagement and impact

๐Ÿ‘‰ Rounded general management skills

๐Ÿ‘‰ย Passion for Soulchatโ€™s mission, with some experience in individual (coaching, leadership) and company culture transformation work

๐Ÿ‘‰ Entrepreneurial drive, resilience and flexibility for enjoying a start-up environment

๐Ÿ‘‰ Proficiency in English as well as German

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ability to co-work physically with the team in Berlin for at least a fews days each month

Additional qualifications (nice to have):

๐Ÿ‘‰ Digital product design experience

๐Ÿ‘‰ Experience in coaching, leadership development or organisational development
